All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to: Refuse or cancel an order. Limit quantities purchased. Cancel orders if pricing or product information is incorrect. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where applicable, prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

5. Payment

We accept secure payment methods available during checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, A Mini Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We are committed to selling genuine designer fragrances sourced from reputable suppliers. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being sold.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, A Mini Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
